Joe Herrera calls El Paso home. His roots are here and his children were born here. And he met his loving wife here in El Paso also. Joe began practicing real estate in El Paso Texas in 2009 after working with a Well known Real Estate investor starting from not knowing much to becoming the investors right hand man and later running the acquisitions department. Soon after, getting licensed as a Realtor. His areas of expertise include flips, project managing, owner finance, wholesaling, raising capital, Notes, buying and selling Real Estate. After several years working with both residential and commercial real estate he left for the corporate world. He held several corporate positions over the next 20 years. He spent five of those years in South America as “Director of Sales and Distribution for South America”. Raymond returned to the United States in 2010 and created several online real estate businesses. He is very involved in the success of El Paso Home Buyers.
